"These prenatal vitamins are effective. There has been an increase in my Vitamin D levels, and I have a lot of new hair growth and less breakouts. I like that the packaging is biodegradable so I don’t feel bad about having individual packets instead of big bottles. And the ability to separate the packets and throw just the one I needed in my purse is super helpful. There was no aftertaste, and the pills are reasonably sized.
